I have been absent from my blog and my website for a while! Time has certainly marched on without me.
Shortly after my last post, I had a business trip and returned to my father having a stroke and eventually passing away. So life intervened in my best laid plans. I had already enrolled in a Hypnosis course which was a wonderful growth experience, so I am now a Certified Hypnotherapist in Florida! I haven't used it fully yet, but I definitely plan to soon. Then I was involved in an all consuming project which was completed for the most part this past weekend.
All this on top of a growing practice and my part time job has left me wondering where time has evaporated to!?!
The serendipitous convergence of all the events above, although sad in ways, satisfying in others, have me feeling grateful for each moment of each day and wanting to savor it fully.
How do you fully experience each moment? Care to share?

Carol was a fantastic instructor and I so enjoyed working with her. She has studied Milton Erickson extensively, authored books detailing his techniques and actually met him before his death. Her course will be available online in the future.
